Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand. When guests don’t show up, or they cancel at the last minute, we can’t fill that appointment, and we all lose. You lose out on a great hair experience, your stylist does not get paid, and we lose the ability to service a guest who could have been present during that appointment. You will receive your email reminder 48 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the service booked. Please confirm your appointment via email confirmation.
